@ScottFalco Nah! You are an excellent character designer. Your characters have plenty of appeal, are easily readable and I always can tell who is who. I can't ask anything else from a characters.

I know I'm a decent artist, but I feel like I'm a lackluster character designer I just always feel like theres something missing to really make them memorable and standout its why i redesign so much

Si esto hubiese salido hace 15 años sería un hit. El problema es que en el panorama actual tienes a artistas que ya hicieron hasta el cansancio reversiones occidentales de Magical Girls y por otro lado a conservadores gringos que ven este tipo de cosas como ataques personales.

If you're a creative and still not advertising your stuff as human-made, you're missing a golden marketing opportunity.

I predicted this was coming a number of years ago. I prognosticated that "human-made" would become a kid of seal of higher quality that certain demographics and markets would gravitate towards and gladly pay premium for.

But then the combo of websites shadowbanning posts with links and AI scraping everything you post in them made sharing my comic a nightmare. I no longer know what to do. Either I resign to just the few readers that I managed to get before the death of social media, or...🧵

I love webcomics due to how easy it is to create and share your stories, but man, is it difficult to get people to read your stuff. You can share your link to your comic with 100 people, and if 1 of them clicks, it's a lot! So I opted to just post the comic on social media 🧵1/2

@mariotwtconfess I find it boring that from Galaxy and beyond, many power-ups are just mushrooms. Before Galaxy, the only two Mushrooms were the Super Mushroom and the 1-Up one.

@Wierd_o78033920 I can picture it to be like the Donkey Kong Country manga, where it's about DKC, but they have Mario (and maybe some friends) in there for broader appeal.

I’m curious as to how the Donkey Kong spin-off movie is gonna be approached because admittedly Mario spin-off movies are going to be harder to sell. People know Donkey Kong but they don’t KNOW his games like they do Mario so you can’t fully rely on assumed general knowledge.
