I was struggling to style my hair even after watching YouTube videos, so I went on TikTok hoping it would be easier. I found one ladyโs video and honestly loved how she styled hers, so I politely slid into her DM asking if she could do a quick video call with me to guide me properly
She asked if I was in the USA.
I said no.
Her next response?
โYou canโt afford the video session. Itโs better you join my class.โ
Me: โHow much are both?โ
Her: โVideo session $250. My class 80,000 naira.โ
Me: โOkay.โ

Itโs actually such a non issue if I donโt cook and we choose to order food. Emphasis on โweโ itโs always a joint decision. It has never been a problem and I cook sometimes too. My husband is a really great cook so he does cook sometimes. Just do what works for your marriage. โค๏ธ
