ust a few days back, we celebrated ChatGPT's second birthday. Since that day two years ago, the job market turned upside down. There are multiple new professions (such as 'prompt engineer' - not to look too far), new ways of learning, new ways of searching for jobs, and new ways of preparing for job interviews. In the last few weeks, I have spent much time summarizing all the significant changes you need to incorporate in your job hunt to adapt to this new situation where we co-exist with AI. I learned many of these tricks and techniques here in San Francisco. The material has turned into 50+ (!) pages of brand new, additional content in my book - just updated on Amazon. What can I say... I cannot think of any resource more up-to-date with the job market than this book! 4️⃣ If problems arise, inform all stakeholders right away. They appreciate the honesty 5️⃣ Clients are busy with multiple projects. Regular catch-ups keep your project top-of-mind for them. 6️⃣ Share early findings with the client. It's a great way to show progress and get feedback

2️⃣ Appoint capable project leaders who regularly check in and ensure everything's on track. 3️⃣ Have weekly updates and let your team know when you're busy. Transparency builds trust.
