I put together a web app that combines the top 100 rankings from @GolfDigest, @GolfMagazine, @top100golf, & @LINKSMagazine. Both the US and the World rankings

Interesting! Perfect conditions I described. And reading the Google reviews… clearly needs some love. The harsh truth is it’s right next to the water… have to imagine the owner has received big offers for the land value. I see this a ton. Ranges become data centers or Walmarts or gas stations. But worth the call to meet the owner. Thanks for sharing. I need to start handing out commissions on these hot tips!

90 days ago this was a pile of dirt. We added: - new concrete slab - covered structure - TopTracer tech - 7,000 sqft turf putting green We’re a few weeks away from our soft opening. This will be our second location in Dallas (5th driving range total). Exciting times @golfranchusa!

@CourseVaults Top Golf is tough… $30M plus to tear down the concrete/ fix the land. Tell me about an older range, in a great location, that needs some love. I’ll call them right now!!!

We have grass tee lines at 4/5 ranges! The thought was offer as much optionality for golfers. Make it a practice paradise. Maintaining grass ranges is shockingly expensive/ difficult if you’re a standalone range and don’t have the equipment a full golf course has. The dream (for me) is to have driving ranges with pitch/putt or Par 3 concepts on every site. But not every property has space for that.
