Enoch Burke v Wilson's Hospital School is an employment law dispute. It is a civil matter. It started in 2022. Yet, Enoch Burke has spent over 600 days in prison. He has incurred massive legal costs and fines. He has been dismissed from his employment (January 2023, effective April 2023). And there are three members of the Burke family in prison for Easter 2026. Their strategy does not appear to be a winning one.
