The Penguins were as angry about all 10 players having to leave the ice as they were about being shorthanded. Karlsson said he and some of the Flyers "didn't do anything" and that sending everyone off the ice was essentially a copout.

@DLC528 @SethRorabaugh To the point of a penalty and how the rule is supposed to be called--intentionally diving to draw a penalty--no. Making sure the refs saw it, yes, but that's not supposed to be a penalty.

The Pittsburgh media has requested comment from the pool reporter of referees. Credit @SethRorabaugh for the request. If there's a game when referees should answer, this is it. They can't admit, but they didn't make the Crosby embellishment call until they were pushed into it. That was wild.
