I will forever regret streaming Baldur’s Gate 3 for my first playthrough because almost everything that could be spoiled was spoiled for me. People would join, see I’m clearly in Act 1, and be like “did you know (x) happens in Act 3 if you do (y)?” I got so frustrated that I just stopped streaming it and played it offline.

When I was little, my mom suddenly uprooted our life from Texas and moved us across the country to live near my grandfather. My stepdad didn’t come with us, so I assumed he and my mom got a divorce. He ended up marrying my aunt after she and my uncle (my mom’s brother) got a divorce. My mom wasn’t aware of this. Anyway, when I was 14, I moved in with my uncle. His daughters were my age and we were very close. I’d actually go with them to their mom’s house on the weekends. It was weird seeing my former stepfather there being a stepfather to my cousins ngl. My mom moved back to Texas and when she found out my aunt had married her ex and that I’d been spending weekends at their house, she had a huge fit and suddenly I wasn’t allowed to go to my aunt’s anymore. I also ended up moving back in with my mom over the summer. I found out in my twenties that the reason my mom moved us was because after she found out her husband had cheated on her with her sister-in-law and she obviously started to prepare to divorce him, his friend had come to her freaking out because he was apparently making concrete plans on killing her AND ALL OF HER KIDS because he knew she was planning to leave him and he was so enraged. So she moved us to her estranged father’s land who turns out was a huge drug lord in that area to protect us (I had no idea, I was 5 and he had horses and a huge farm). Texans are insane man
