How did you get to know guys? “We used virtual events. We also did small groups to grab lunch. That helped get to know guys more than rush events.” - @KadeGambill @DTalphasigs

What should we do if the rules change because of COVID? “Things got changed on us 3x during recruitment. Have a plan before that and be willing to pivot. I wish we had a stronger backup plan and we will moving forward. Ask clarifying questions of your school.” - @KadeGambill

Why are men joining his Chapter? “Men want something to be involved in. They didn’t have a prom. A senior week. We’re doing small group activities and virtual events to spark brotherhood.” - @KadeGambill @DTalphasigs
