I had placed an order using a ₹100 voucher along with additional payment. Later, I contacted your help section only to reschedule the delivery. However, instead of rescheduling, my order was cancelled from your end without my consent. @bigbasket_com

I request you to look into this issue immediately, provide an update on my order, and ensure that the promised compensation is credited as per the policy

@dominos_india @dominos As per Domino's policy, in case of a delay they offer a token of apology as a wallet refund worth ₹200 or the order value, whichever is lower, which can be used on the next order. However, despite the delay, I have not received any such refund or compensation.
