That’s it. 20 minutes of not being an editor. Then I go back. Still tired. But less on the edge of existential collapse.

3. I move a little. Stretch, squat, shake my arms, walk in circles. Just *moving* lol Enough to feel like I exist again.

Shoutout to the editors who feel dizzy, drained, and low-key dead inside at night. Right in the middle of a *loooong* session, no breaks, eyes burning. I started doing 3 random things. Not sure why they help but they do. Not “take a break” advice, I swear 🧵
