This week, we are proud to recognize Debbie Erhartfor her incredible 31 years of dedicated service to DART. Throughout her career, Debbie has held a wide range of roles, including secretary, contract specialist, contract supervisor, internal auditor, grants specialist, and DBE Officer. Her journey reflects a strong commitment to growth, adaptability, and excellence, as she has contributed her knowledge and expertise across multiple areas of the organization. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Debbie is also an active member of DART’s Morale Committee, where she plays a key role in supporting and uplifting her colleagues. Her dedication, versatility, and positive impact on both operations and workplace culture truly embody the Heart of DART.
