Tomorrow now I have the option to either handle the people I like with much tougher measures, which would probably poison the good atmosphere and relationships, or delivering, at best, a mediocre result in the end ☠️

Now in hindsight I realized I made so many mistakes in terms of leadership & organization because I was probably too soft with them and didnt told them clearly to go after their tasks & to help each other if possible.

Today I got the opportunity @ work to take over the leadership of a project for the first time and was even allowed to choose the people I wanted to work with. Of course I picked people I get along with really well and r generally fun...
