Her King returns from battle
knowing she has to stitch
his lacerations for he tends
to run with the wild wolves
for he has that tempest in his blood
he's like the silent night
when entering their candlelit chamber
with his honey suckle lips
they wish to devour her own,
so soft and supple
she starts with running fingertips
through his onyx hair
So their passion has begun, let their
fairytale continue while my words end...

She #loops around enchanted endangerment seeking romance through obsidian tempest thoughts, for she's dramatic poetry attempting to heal wounded scars of a midnight dreary to focus on nocturnal devotion of intimacy in the quietude of nightly longing to be entangled with what love whispers, what a nonmonochromatic horizon might seek, "I heard it from the zephyr who told it to the moon where the heart aches and no secrets can be kept!"...

As I have always said, If you have a problem with menstrual blood, then just date a man. Women menstruate it is not news. And sometimes, mistakes will happen.
If you think this little blood messes up your car, then wait till she has to push a baby out in the car while you are stuck in jam rushing to the hospital, you will see real blood.
And if she had a heavy meal before labor begins, Number 2 will actually come out before the baby. So this is nothing lads.
As long as you are straight and love women, then terms and conditions apply.😉 abakyala bazira.

A man brought his wife and newborn to our unit. The baby was crying uncontrollably, and the mother was in tears. From the signs, it was clear the baby was hungry.
While taking her history, she said she hadn’t breastfed since the previous day. The baby had stopped feeding from the left breast, MIL said the milk was “sour.” The baby was only feeding from the right, but that also became difficult because of cracked nipple.
So now, both breasts were engorged, painful, and the baby was left hungry.
What did we do?
Warm compress, pain relief (diclofenac suppository), expressed the milk, and fed the baby. Both mother and baby were fine shortly after.
Let’s clear this up: breast milk does NOT go sour.
If a baby refuses one breast, it’s usually due to positioning, latch issues, or adjusting to milk flow, not because the milk is bad.
Please, don’t let myths starve your baby.💝

In 1879, a British/Scottish medical student named Robert Felkin watched an African healer in Uganda perform a caesarean section.
Clean incision. Banana wine as anaesthetic and antiseptic. Bleeding cauterised with hot iron. Wound closed with iron pins and herbal root paste.
Mother recovered fully. Baby survived.
Felkin noted in his journal that the technique was SO REFINED, it was clearly standard practice, performed routinely long before any European arrived.
At that same moment, hospitals in London and Edinburgh were still debating whether caesarean sections could ever be justified on a living woman.
European surgeons were operating in street clothes, rarely washing their hands, and losing most patients to post-operative infection.
The Africans had already solved anaesthesia, anti sepsis, haemostasis, and wound care.
Felkin went home and presented his findings to the Edinburgh Obstetrical Society in 1884.
The knife used in that surgery still exists.
It is now housed in the Science Museum in London.
A silent artifact of a surgical tradition they called primitive.
They didn't discover our medicine.
They witnessed it, wrote it down and forgot to mention where it came from.

Before she made history in space, Dr. Mae Jemison served as a Peace Corps Medical Officer in Liberia and Sierra Leone from 1983-85.
On International Day of Human Space Flight, we’re honoring her path from Peace Corps service to becoming the first African American woman to travel to space and congratulating the Artemis II crew on their successful mission and safe return to Earth.
Welcome home, Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Jeremy Hansen. 🚀🌎
