14 year old arrested for assaulting a teacher in school catches resisting charges for swinging on the police.
Anderson township Ohio sheriff were Called out to the school as a teacher reported they were assaulted by one of the female students. Deputy arrived on the scene and was shown security footage of the event and spoke with the teacher that was involved.
The teacher stated that they did wish to pursue charges being filed on the 14 year old. The deputy had the staff call the student out of the classroom so they would not cause a disruption in class.
Once the deputy caught up with the student she immediately began to resist to the point where she tried to swing on the deputy. With the help of the principal the deputy was able to take the student into custody with no harm to anyone.
The student was charged with assault and resisting arrest.
You can bet that this behavior is not something this child learned naturally. You can bet this is a direct result of the upbringing of the kid and I'm betting that when she did get home instead of this being a learning moment, she was probably giving the impression that this was not her fault.

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. In today's world it has become very common to see younger folks down to juvenile level causing disruptions as if to put on a show for others to see. This really becomes true when law enforcement is involved as many are quick to resist and in some cases fight with the police over things that normally would have been minor. We know this is a direct result of how they were raised as they often imitate what they have seen older members of their family do. It's a shame when you see how far gone and how young these behaviors can show up. We have a great example of this coming up shortly.
