🚨 Update on Driving Restrictions 🚨 Starting at 10 a.m., driving restrictions are downgraded to Level 1 in New Castle County and Kent County, and lifted entirely in Sussex County. Please continue to use caution, limit travel if you can, and follow guidance from state and local officials. Stay safe, Delaware.
