@Lewis_Hague @GAMEdigital I was in same situation so contacted the help team and they manually sent me a confirmation email yesterday.

@GAMEdigital Pre-ordered midnight, night of the showcase, still no email confirmation 48 hrs later 🤔 people who ordered hours after have already received theirs, why? Your helpdesk ticket system online is down, alongside your live chat, oh and your order tracking system doesn't work either.

Our teams are still working on processing order confirmation emails for PS5, however, this is taking longer than usual due to the demand on our servers. Please keep an eye on your email and junk/spam folder over the next 24 hours.

@JoannaH37944313 @GAMEdigital Same for me, ordered at 12:00, got confirmation number but not received confirmation email. The log in feature was broken for me (and still looks down) so I ordered as a guest. Not sure if that makes a difference

@GAMEdigital I ordered at 11.50pm last night and still dont have a confirmation email. Can you confirm that this is just a delay in sending as I finished checkout and entered payment details etc and had order confirmed on website but NO EMAIL. Can you confirm we have one saved?
