🎶 I love when you count me out 🎶 4 months of travel, grinding, scripting, memorizing, refactoring, reshaping… and I’m still not ready to take my foot off the gas. We finished one chapter — and it’s only the start. If you have a dream, hold it close. Be careful who you share it with. Not everyone’s going to like it. Not everyone’s going to understand it. But trust your vision. The plans I have for @AlleyKatzCNFT & @DestructionLabz are bigger than most can imagine. “Rise above the noise”

Been busy: @DestructionLabz x #SVB We just wrapped up an incredible event with #SiliconValleyBank last week in our hometown of Los Angeles. We helped bring together founders, investors, and partners to deepen the understanding of what we’re building at DLabz and to help push the LA startup/creator ecosystem forward. The event kicked off with a live pitch competition, and I got some much-needed reps in on the big screen, in front of a live audience 🎤😅 DLabz x SVB is in the books. Can’t wait for the next one. 🗽 NYC Next Next month, DLabz is on the move again. The team is gearing up for a special event in NYC, one of the most important events we’ve been a part of. All hands on deck. More details soon 👀 🎮 Platform Alpha We’re starting to hand-select players to test profiles on Oneshot.gg If you’re a competitive player; especially in COD, and have tourney experience, hit me, @BennyAtTheBank, or @Tyler__LB . Not into COD? Don’t trip This is Alpha 01, and we’ll be adding more games soon (including UGC titles). 🐈‍⬛ Alley Katz A lot has been happening behind the scenes at AK. We’ve partnered with a team to help evolve the brand strategy and mission. For a while, I didn’t fully lean into the story of Alley Katz, but I’ve come to realize that it’s one of our greatest strengths. People want to dive deeper into the Katz universe, and we’re finally ready to bring that world to life. We’re starting with something deeply rooted in our culture: streetwear We dabbled in streetwear briefly with our Dead Founders drop and our dedication to developing a high quality product and pulling from the LA culture will be no different. This will help us expand beyond our current circle and welcome new audiences into the ecosystem without losing sight of the amazing community that’s been with us from the start. @AlleyKatzCNFT will live across gaming, physical products, and original IP. We’ve never wanted to limit ourselves. The vision has always been to build a massive franchise. Want to know how you can help or support? Engage with posts, be active, and help support so we can keep building. God bless and take care More info soon Also enjoy this unsolicited pic of me sleeping in the SF airport 😴 Let’s keep pushing 💥🕹️

I’m incredibly grateful for the position @DestructionLabz & @AlleyKatzCNFT are in right now. The past year has been brutal, but through it all, the vision for our ecosystem has only gotten clearer. We’re about five weeks into this program, and the sheer amount of resources and opportunities coming our way is nothing short of a blessing. Recognizing that is crucial—because making the most of it is entirely on us. Every day, we’re gaining invaluable insight across the board, from go-to-market strategies to  negotiations and everything in between. At first, this opportunity felt like a Hail Mary. Even now, some days it doesn’t feel real. Most days, I’m not on X because there’s just too much work to be done. At the same time, it’s tough watching so many projects vanish right in front of us—knowing more will follow. But if you’re still here, still pushing, no one can tell you shit. The gymnastics it takes to survive in this space are insane, and I respect every founder still standing. Cheers to you. Destruction Labz (DLabZ): The core focus for DLabZ is earning player trust and securing the major partnerships we need to survive in web3 gaming. I’m talking about real gaming partnerships that bridge web3 and web2 in ways that drive true adoption. Whether it's customers, brands, IPs, or studios, we’re in a position where everyone benefits from these connections. We’re making a bold play for our dream partnership, one that will catapult us deep into gaming integration. Alley Katz is Culture: The gameplan for Alley Katz is sharper than ever. We’re doubling down on streetwear and strategizing on ways to make the connection to web3 seamless. But the real secret weapon? Culture. Everyone wants to buy or borrow their way into hip-hop and West Coast culture, but you can’t fake it—and that’s starting to feel like our superpower as this idea continues to unfold. The Harsh Reality of NFTs Selling NFTs has never been a sustainable model (Not including RWAs or any other investment type of asset, straight up brand/IP NFTs). The next phase of NFTs must be tied into something bigger, an actual ecosystem. I think most people finally see it now, but if you don’t, I’m telling you—this is the reality. This is why so many founders have walked away. They only have a few choices:
1️⃣ Sell more NFTs (that may or may not sell).
2️⃣ Raise money (but without a real plan, good luck).
 3️⃣ Sell the project.
 4️⃣ Walk away.
5️⃣ Build something real—a product, an ecosystem—something that actually sustains the business. Most founders struggle to do any of these, so they leave. Or they build the thingy but have no product market fit (PMF) which means they leave. People expect founders to stay around after they have burnt through all resources trying to build and find PMF, that’s not how it goes in the real world. Anyways, enjoy your hump day AK ALL DAY!

It's crazy!!! I feel like I'm finally achieving everything I've ever wanted. I'm building one of the craziest gaming platforms - quite literally a digital theme park for gamers. On top of that, I'm developing Alley Katz (AK), an IP that embodies creativity, style, and culture. For me, bringing AK back to the communities that had an impact on my identity is an absolute MUST. Nipsey had the foresight to see the value in Web3, developing a mission rooted in his belief that this technology could enrich the neighborhoods that shaped my culture. Coincidentally, the launch of AK was delayed and pushed to February 1st, marking the start of a month that's already significant for our culture. 2025 is all about daily improvement, tackling challenges, and ensuring an amazing experience for the end-user while providing authenticity in every interaction and purchase within the AK Universe. (Oh and upping comms as well) I've always envisioned games, toys, and clothing for the AK Brand IP and now seeing Web2 industry folks connect with our vision is surreal. This isn't about seeking approval; my executions has never hinged upon that, and I never will. It’s just nice to see people fall in love with something I’ve created out of love.

The last couple of months have been incredibly stressful, to say the least. However, I can honestly say that every stressor and setback has pushed us to focus even more on our North Star: expanding the Alley Katz IP to the masses. With One Shot, we aim to reach beyond the traditional Web3 community and impact the mainstream gamer. How do we accomplish this? By organizing some of the wildest events on the platform, complete with incredible rewards (Third party partnerships 🚧, also this is down playing it like crazy). This progress is a direct result of hard work, meaning networking, improvements with each iteration of the product offering and staying tapped into the needs of the space we are looking to serve. The recent Doodles x McDonald’s collaboration is a testament to the type of partnerships and collaborations we’re pursuing. While there's still work to be done, we're gearing up for some truly amazing things. By blending Web2 and Web3, we're creating something that people can truly understand and connect with. Next up for One Shot: * Profiles: We’re excited to drop a sneak peek of your profiles. The goal for the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) aims to gather feedback on our core features: customization, social interaction, and competition. The final vision for profiles and the platform as a whole is quite ambitious. Personally: * I'm glad to see many people experiencing success lately. I know founders are likely even happier for the current market. A lesson I've learned throughout my journey is that everyone makes mistakes, everyone believes their vision is the best, and everyone thinks they have the best project. However, what truly matters is how you handle criticism and navigate feedback. Some people's capabilities and visions are limited by others opinions, think big.

Gamifying experiences is paramount. Observing how platforms achieve this today and recognizing our distinct approach is truly refreshing. We're initially concentrating on three key areas: Personalization: - We're focusing on creating immersive, customizable experiences that can be shared with friends. People desire immersive experiences they can personalize, extensive customization options, and the ability to share their experiences with friends. Web3 provides a powerful foundation for connecting this new version of the internet in unprecedented ways. Social: - Socialization is arguably a big part of the reason we use the internet today. I grew up playing Nintendo 64, where you had to invite everyone to your house; there was no "Hop online." Then, one day, consoles gained the ability to connect to the internet, leading to the emergence of online cooperative experiences. Arguably, some studios, like Microsoft, virtually perfected these experiences with the emergence of the Xbox in the early 2000’s Competition: - Some of us discover competitive gaming, while others are introduced to it at a young age by family and friends. The gaming landscape is evolving, and we want to be part of that change. Players should have the opportunity to participate in tournaments, leagues, and leaderboards. - To achieve this, we're building real-world connections to offer various rewards, keeping sustainability in mind, partnering with brands and sponsors for exciting events, and creating a space for gamers to hone their skills. CTA- GamerTag reservations will be available next month. Stay tuned.
