@ron32173537 From an outsider perspective I really think this was just simple human error. Unfortunately it ended in tragedy. The air traffic controller that approved the fire truck crossing that runway has to live with this for the rest of his life. Thats punishment enough.

@ron32173537 None of my rulers, tape measures or programs have this option either. He says this drawing is to scale. Its on ¼" graph paper. Counting the squares would be easier than trying to figure out this new make believe measurement system.

@DizzLette It’s not a standard form of measurement. I’ve used a tape measure for years and draw in AutoCAD . I have never come across this. Weird
