A couple interesting notes from Dodgers VP, amateur scouting Billy Gasparino: -He's hopeful all 4 pitchers drafted will be starters -He thought Beeter had the best breaking ball in the class -If Vogel's not the fastest player in the system, "it's top 2 or 3"
