Kindness doesn’t cost a thing, yet is the richest gift you can give

To be honest, I really didn’t want to bring this issue up again because I thought it had already been settled, especially with the organizer’s quick refund process and the apologies from both the organizer and Solenn. But I guess some people are still struggling to move on from what happened. I genuinely understand the frustration and disappointment. Many fans spent their time, effort, and money preparing for this event, only for it not to happen because of issues that weren’t resolved in time. No one deserves to go through that, and your feelings are completely valid. That said, I hope we can also try to look at the situation from a perspective beyond our own disappointment. - Do you think Freen was happy to disappoint fans who had been waiting years to see her in their country? She has always said that she wants fans to enjoy the work she does and the experiences she creates. Imagine how difficult it must have been for her to see everyone disappointed while being unable to do anything about the situation. - Do you think Freen was happy seeing her team travel to Korea while she had to remain in Thailand? Of course not. By then, preparations had already been made, staff had been booked, flights had been arranged, and plans were in place. A lot of time, effort, and resources had already been invested. Nobody won in this situation. The truth is, the world doesn’t stop because something unfortunate happens. It was a terrible situation, but we can’t expect everyone involved to remain stuck in that moment forever. People still have to move forward and continue doing their work and living their lives. There are things that were simply beyond Freen’s and Solenn’s control. They have apologized, refunds were processed quickly, and they have acknowledged the disappointment caused. At this point, I’m not sure what more people expect them to do to make things right. Yes, fans invested their time, money, and support for Freen, and she has always appreciated that. But it’s also worth remembering that she invested her own time, effort, and resources with every intention of coming and meeting everyone. Unfortunately, circumstances outside of her control prevented that from happening. I just hope we can all find a little grace and understanding for everyone involved. No one wanted this to happen in the first place. @babeofb
