More and more is being said about this Sancho return. Starting to believe it may actually become reality. We all know that BVB loves reunions with old players, but we’re at round 3 at this point with Sancho 🤪

Our second half was definitely more disorganized and it sucks to see the team not able to build on an early goal, but food for thought for the coming games. Also zero clue how the foul on Svensson wasn’t judged to be a red…hoping he’s ok after that tackle.

@thebvbpod That’s fair, for me with Can you’re just always on the edge of your seat as to what sort of contribution he’ll have. He’s doing fine so far vs Lille, but I’d rather see them trying to build up a CB. Still a long way to go though, but they need minutes to show what they can do.

@thebvbpod I also think those two perform far better under Kovac once they’ve been given the opportunity to do so. A lot of internal praise has reportedly come out for Süle since Sahin was sacked and Kovac came in too.

@thebvbpod He’s been fine against struggling sides but you also have to think ahead - will this be a long term solution? No. Can Anton or Süle be? Far more likely. Hard to know how they’ll get on when there’s truly been zero defensive stability and both have had minutes hampered by injury.
