@DanWetzel I’d say Duke but Belgium is acting real Duke-ish as of late
English

@swissfootdata The entire football world is terrified of our AS Monaco forward apparently.
English

@BosniaNTBall That’s the result when Bosnia’s game plan was to initiate contact and then fall to the ground repeatedly. Also the player wasn’t injured
English

I guess you can almost break someones leg and be good guys. This is crazy stuff!!!

BREAKING @TheAthleticFC Folarin Balogun will be available to play the USMNT’s round of 16 match against Belgium with his one-game red-card ban suspended. Extraordinary development. Story with @Dan_Sheldon_ nytimes.com/athletic/74234…
English

@ESPNFC @BelRedDevils lol, Belgium were extremely lucky when Balogun was egregiously given a red card. Now we’re even again and Belgium is whining. Sad
English

@porhaze @AdamCrafton_ @TheAthleticFC @Dan_Sheldon_ One line being you don’t suspend a player for making a regular soccer move with zero malicious intent bc you watched slow motion 20 times…right?
English

@AdamCrafton_ @TheAthleticFC @Dan_Sheldon_ This is unbelievable. Belgium should be raising hell over this. There are some lines you just don't cross.
And if the US wins, then what? Does the suspension just get pushed back until after the World Cup?

@RachelT1722 Been about 250 years since you did anything on your own too…

As accidental and as bad it sucks, yes it was a red. Context does not matter in situations like that, you can only judge it by the action that took place. He was “cleats up” and it’s considered a “foul play”. Just the letter of the law, definitely a lot of inconsistencies with how it’s been called this WC for sure, but it is sadly.
English

@sportflipping @ShamsCharania He’s 36. Be for real. They essentially traded a superstar for two first round picks
English

@ShamsCharania Paul George when healthy is a nice fit for what the Celtics like to do.
English

@WildcatUKx @JonRothstein Vandy should be ahead of Kentucky. Thats some UK glaze for yah
English

@JonRothstein The Cal glaze from the national media needs to stop
English

@downtotwenty @Jersey2Brooklyn Yall know they played in college and played a lot of the same teams. Acuffs stats were superior. But cool dunk
English

@Shakabrodie Surely you’re baiting and not saying something that stupid considering Pulisic and Dest barely played and Robinson, Adams, Tillman, Ream, and Balogun didn’t play.
English

And THAT, my friends, is why the US will get slaughtered in the knockout stage. #WorldCup ⚽️
English

@ManagerTactical Hopefully these are the only minutes he plays. Just brutal
English

@DraftPow Curious regarding Brooklyn. Was it their MBJ pick, their other two picks, or all of the above?
English

@ufcaiman @JeriTsaiNets The league may hunt smaller defenders. Also Jalen Brunson, finals MVP and NBA champion.
English

@JeriTsaiNets "Acuff: sturdier frame, but there are more questions about his ability to stay in front of NBA guards and impact possessions.
Brown's combo of size, length, athleticism, & steal rate gives scouts more confidence that he can become an above-average NBA defender."
