Today we celebrate the strength, skill, leadership, and determination of girls and women in sports. Plus we have to give a special shoutout to our personal favorites here at ECC💜 Happy National Girls & Women in Sports Day!

And this Lifter of the Week is…..🥁 Juli! Juli has been consistent every week with her lifts and brought the extra positivity and leadership this week! Her favorite lift is hip thrusts and the least favorite lift is incline bench🏋️‍♀️

And your end of February Lifter of the Week is…🥁 Adri! This week she has been throwing those weights around! Adri has been hyping up her teammates and always strives to improve in the weight room! 💪 Favorite lift: Deadlift Least favorite lift: Hang Cleans

And the lifter of the week is… Madi! This week Madi was PUSHING those weights around and being a literal cheerleader💪 Also (not that it is a determining factor in lifter of the week) but rumor has it she is an academic WEAPON🤯

Last week’s lifter of the week stays in France!🇫🇷 Ludine was consistent all week in all of the workouts and also in supporting her teammates! Her favorite lift is hip thrusts, and her least favorite lift is when she has to move the new benches around🏋️‍♀️

Our lifter of the week is…🥁 Anthea! Our lifter of the week brought the high energy levels, cheered on her teammates the loudest during conditioning at 6am, and pushing herself all week long 🏋️‍♀️ Least favorite lift: OH BB Press Most favorite lift: Hip Thrust
