@Ech0Splash oh i tried to render the sketch at the same time that i cut but it feels so uncomfortable... my render style changes 🥲 sounds better if i render in one part the character the bg and the extra things only and after finishing start with cut 🤔

I HAD A QUESTION FOR ARTISTS that made Live2D illustrations (not vtuber art i mean illustrations with background) Do you start with cutting in the moment that you start drawing/painting or you start with the cutting after finish the full illustrations in 1 layer only?

@MichiMangoMochi Commissioned someone, they drew the wrong oc, they fixed it, only to then post the wrong version of my commission instead😭 and I had com'd my irl outfit to be drawn.

Ever feel like an artist hated your design and/or your c0mmission because they never ended up showcasing your c0mm when they were finished? But they showcase everyone else's? x_x

@dessyfreakaz I would like to know where you've seen said arguments. I have mostly seen people argue "yes but optional" then a permanent change. I think there are a large group that agrees with me that they just want options, not one thing over the other.

@Ech0Splash Sure but this would be like the ninth time I've seen someone say that it is "public opinion" and that's why it should be made a permanent part of the skin, no option.

Never thought that this was going to be discussed but I’m happy that the dev team listens to the community with open ears. It’s great that we can have discussions on things and have every point heard. Glad to hear that Mesa may have the opportunity of an accessory, we now wait <3

@dessyfreakaz My response/example here was a generalized one for any situation. It wasn’t specific toward the Mesa stuff. I don’t have definitive proof that the people who want her to have an accessory are the majority as you can’t know without data, but “public opinions” can form at anything.

@Taku_Kori I think it’s more the fact that Heirlooms are held to a certain quality level that they should look complete without attachments. Some people think she looks a little empty top side and that it could use just a little something there.

@Ech0Splash I totally get why people would want a jacket/poncho. But we have plenty of chest peices and saydanas for it.

@udeGe_VorVor I don’t think they are going to change any of the past ones, they just talked about the Mesa one because of recent talkings around the skin. Though Valkyr would have looked so clean with those leg attachments

@Ech0Splash If Mesa’s getting an attachment feature for poncho parts, I’d like Valkyr to get an attachment for leg armor like the one in this illustration, too.

@DoctorBattalisk I agree with you just slightly, I love the peaceful discussion but not the side that is talking about all the “goonbait” or similar arguments. I don’t think the skin is showing that Warframe’s designs are going down the wrong path like I’ve been reading.

@collin__biggs Personally I think the concept art stage is the perfect place for discussion to be held. Its early enough that if DE wants to change things based on the publics oppinion they can draw more things up behind the scenes and discuss internally their workflow.

@ItzNullAtNight Thank you! I honestly really do love this skin as well, I know some people don't like some parts of the concept but I admit, heirloom effect works great with the chaps.

@Ech0Splash I personally really liked the Heirloom already and planned on getting it one day, BUT I admit, the first pic is pretty bad ass...

@Ech0Splash Your poncho tweak is cool. My main gripe is the helmet. I really dislike this helmet. Be the cowgirl, not a cow girl!

@Notspiderbombz Omg imagine the peekaboo effect that could create, long enough to cover but move just enough and you can see the heirloomed skin underneath. I don't think they would do this but its a fun concept to think abt!

@Ech0Splash I personally think with a slightly longer poncho and removal of the corset, this would be perfect
