@AngeJayne77 Superblasts are so comfy and responsive. They great for daily easy miles and also good for tempo runs. I love mine. Very expensive though and no discounts.

Help with running shoes please….I’m currently wearing Saucony Speed 4 for tempo runs and Hoka Mach 6 for steadier ones. I’m starting to get achilles/ankle soreness so perhaps want something to replace the Hokas. Fancy trying ASICS, what would be a good model? Nothing too heavy

From today the @educationgovuk ‘Working together to improve school attendance’ guidance becomes statutory in England. We have identified some key advice. We urge schools & local authorities to comply with the expectation that they use Support, Not Sanctions to improve attendance
