@julsie75 Agree. Coaches can be very powerful influencers yet aren’t experts on concussion. Hence why I think the recommendations need to crystal clear & well socialised so naive parents aren’t tempted by a coach’s misguided recommendations & VFL, AFLQ, etc need to assist with resources.

@ElloArchie Absolutely. As parents we are the ones who get to make the calls on our kids health. No coach will ever sway our thinking. The kids always come first.

Heard a juniors coach talking about it. "They can't really police it, if I want the kid to play - they will play." No way my kids would be. Parents need to be responsible for their kids as well.
