I think people have every right to be upset with game devs turning out to be horrible human beings. Now let me explain why, a lot of us have personal issues going on and one of our comforts can just be playing games. Sometimes people can get attached to a game so badly that even the slightest thing happening can be upsetting to some especially younger people. People will have morals and do not wish to support a game made by horrible people, at the end of the day I think it's best to support the victims and everyone who was badly hurt by devs who ended up being horrible people. Even if the game was a big comfort to many it doesn't change that people were badly hurt.
