Leisure and labor were treated as such by the Greeks, Romans and their most close descendants. Completely reliant on slaves, and they knew that too. It's only a modern development where the wealthy try to signal how much harder they work than everyone else.

Uyghur writing is disappearing. First, the Uyghur language was banned in schools. Then in 2017, it was removed from public services. From 2026, Uyghur letters on streets, signs, and public places were taken away. However, tombs are still kept in Uyghurland to attract tourists

Everyone in the world has to take a private vote by pressing a red or blue button. If more than 50% of people press the blue button, everyone survives. If less than 50% of people press the blue button, only people who pressed the red button survive. Which button would you press?

People that press the red button are engaging in socially destructive behavior. They are relying on others to press the blue pill while they selfishly seek to maximize their gains, thus eroding trust. These are the same people that cheat on taxes that fund their roads and schools

@Eraser0100 I’m speaking about Christian labor culture/theology in this thread. American blue collar Christians often begin work with a prayer for safety and provision from God. They will literally gather in a circle and pray. The 🧵 in general is about how dawah is blind to things like this
