It's awesome how episode 9 put so many things into perspective. You can literally see Jax's pupils become huge the moment she realizes that the maid outfit is gone. We know that huge pupils are a sign of Jax disassociating. She instantly tries to focus on something else - the vegan thing being gone, and goes to hurt "evil" Jax who is quite literally a reflection of the vulnerable, nice Jax that plays the piano in episode 9.
