SCU Participates in AARO Workshop in Washington, D.C. The Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies recently participated in a UAP Data Workshop on August 5-6 in Washington, DC. The event was hosted by Associated Universities, Inc.(AUI) with support from AARO, and brought together scientific and academic leaders in an important dialogue on data quality, data management, future data collection, and improved cooperation between the various organizations involved in the scientific study of UAP. Represented were SCU, The National Archives, The Galileo Project, Society for UAP Studies (SUAPS), UAPx, National UFO Historical Record Center (NUFOHRC) and National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC), The Archives of the Impossible, and various academic researchers and historians. Organized by Dr. Gretchen Stahlman of Florida State University and Dr. Tim Spuck of AUI, the event marked a major step in fostering collaboration between academia, scientific organizations, and federal agencies. The AUI and AARO will be releasing an update on the workshop in the near future and the next edition of the SCU Review will also carry a summary.
