Hi FDES Star Volunteers! We have another opportunity for you to serve our awesome school community. We need help "leveling" our classroom libraries - that means simply labeling them as to what reading level they are. All instructions will be provided and it will be easy!

@FdesPta @FDEStars Hi...i was not aware of the streaming was being done...i am at work during the meetings that is why i never particpated but with this new stream...i can from work...could an email be sent out with the stream link and if we need certain app or program...login info and such? Pls

What a great PTA meeting tonight! There were many shining Star faces, and many more viewing online thanks to Principal Logan getting us setup with streaming! Look out for a link of the recorded meeting also if you were unable to stream live.

We look forward to input from even more families and teachers going forward, and appreciate your thoughts and suggestions. In the future, the links for streaming meetings will be provided in weekly newsletters from the school, meeting flyers, and on the social media pages.

@K_CoyASL We will also be working on live streaming meeting this year so even if you can’t be there, you can still be involved. I hope that helps!

@K_CoyASL We know this can be a tough time for some families, but in previous years membership meetings have been held at 6pm and attendance has been very low. In an attempt to try something new we have moved to 3:15, hoping to make it more manageable for teacher attendance.

Next week is our first PTA meeting of the school year! We hope to see you there!
