LOOK: Eat UP, a feminist research initiative and canteen project, launched its soft opening earlier at the College of Social Welfare and Community Development. It aims to provide students and the UP community with affordable and nutritious meals. Food insecurity remains a pressing issue in the campus, reflected in the plight of dormers who are forced to go outside campus to skirt P80-priced food items or skip meals amid apparent health risks. As of today, this is how women must dress in Afghanistan, according to the Taliban's Supreme Leader. The following rules are now in effect: The full face must be covered—no hands, nothing visible. The black veil was presented as a "recommendation" a year ago, now it is the law.

Stunned to hear about Doc @giasison’s death. She was one of our staunchest #MentalHealthAct & #SOGIEEqualityBill allies. She always made time for us, was always so warm, always so generous with her light. Maraming salamat, Doc Gia. You will be dearly missed. 😢

They keep on referring to the OECD restrictiveness index, the latest of which is 2020 to argue that we are very restrictive. Conveniently forgetting that significant liberalization policies happened in 2022.
