The standard preposition for cause of death from disease is "of."
He died of cancer
She died of a heart attack
They died of old age
"From" is also used, especially in more recent usage, and is acceptable: "He died from cancer." But "of" is the traditional choice.
"With" suggests something else: "He died with cancer" means he had cancer when he died, but it might not be what killed him.
"By" is for method or agency: "He died by suicide" or "He died by the sword."
So for your multiple choice, B) of is the correct answer.
