@Hollyrope Whatever you are doing, keep it changing. Don’t do the same workout exactly the same way twice in a row. If you keep altering, your body can’t really adapt to do things more efficiently.

I’m at a stage in my weight-loss journey where the number on the scale isn’t moving. The body adapts and becomes more efficient at using energy (stupid body!), so burning fat slows down. This is the point where a lot of people get discouraged and quit. My trainer keeps reminding me that it’s crucial to stay consistent—progress might not show up on the scale right now, but I’m still on the right track, I guess

Entering my third month of this body transformation: I’ve lost 26.5 pounds (12 kg) and dropped my body fat from 32% to 24%. Muscle is starting to show, and I’m not stopping until I look like a completely different person. I know I’ve been neglecting Hollyrope a bit because of this, but for once, I’m putting my health before my business

People are shocked and even bitter that women from the industry settle down, were able to pair bond, and had children. The truth is they’re mad these women were not punished as harshly as was promised. If you’re a good person, attractive, and want to have a family you can and will. The internet isn’t a real place.
