The Merabi Professional Medical Plaza, a single three-story building in Los Angeles, is home to 89 licensed hospice companies and 72 of them raise red flags for possible fraud, a CBS News investigation found. CBS News’ @adamyamaguchi visited the building and asked the owner what he would do if any of his tenants were accused of fraud. Of the approximately 1800 hospice facilities in LA County, 1,290 have at least 2 flags indicating fraud. That's over 70%. Shut it all down.

Congress won't get serious about tackling the national debt until the incentives are changed. @FmrRepKenBuck's idea: term limits kick in unless the debt is reduced.

@NYPostOpinion Government is inefficient, especially in California: the land of bloated bureaucracy, over-regulation, never-ending environmental reviews, and strict labor laws. If done privately, this project would've been completed on time and under budget.
