Tyldesley Library Updates Found some stunning work. After removing the plywood panelling to expose a beautiful leaded light. Before ( First Picture ) After ( Second Picture ) As you can see, the building was “built to last” with what appears to be heavy-duty cast-iron roof.

The Origin Of Ponky's Park "Why is it called Ponky's Park?" Peter Rothwell the last owner of the Pub was known as "Ponky" was given this nickname due to his interest in playing and making musical instruments as in the term The Boar's Head was located in that very spot.
