Yo @FordServiceCA I need clarification. why does building a Mach E on your website include the mobile charge cord but dealers are adding $650 for it as listed on window stickers.

@FordServiceCA I need to file a formal complaint against one of the ford dealerships in Hamilton, Ontario. We have been facing continuous harassment and bad customer service from them including their manager. I would like somebody to follow up with me from the head office ASAP.

Hey @FordCanada @FordServiceCA i had an ACM replaced by a dealership in October thats has now failed. Can i get it swapped out under warranty at any dealership or does it have to be the one that replaced it?

I dropped my 2016 @LincolnClient #MKC for repair at @OaklandFord on 24th July. My insurance approved Claim and dealer placed the order for parts. But @LincolnMotorCo delayed the part and so far No ETA. The loaner request also rejected. Since the vehicle is down. The delay is
