When candidates ask me 'is this role remote-friendly,' I know they didn't do their homework. The posted policy says one thing. The team's actual behavior says another. The ones who ask 'how does your team actually work on a normal Wednesday' get a real answer.

There needs to be better measurement of PR quality vs. just a pure PR quantity OKR. AI slop at scale, at the companies consumers use en masse and trust will degrade that trust quickly. Same thing applies to job searching right now. Quality applications > quantity. Quality answers from prep > cheating tools.
