Still reflecting on the past week across our @accomplish_mat & at @IPAT_Edu . I’ve seen pure joy-laughter, big smiles, confident voices, & thoughtful, critical debate. What stood out most? A deep sense of belonging. Belonging is the foundation of true happiness & the key to thriving. We must never lose sight of our moral purpose. Education is not only about doing the basics brilliantly, but about empowering young people to shape, challenge, and improve the world around them. This is something I’ve always held at my core & exemplified so well this week. @foxfield we had a great afternoon dancing for our Diwali event. We were shown some moves we could make. It was lots of fun. Then after school we could try lots of different foods and make some lamps that we could take home.

@foxfield On Wednesday we had our first trip of the term. We visited the library in Woolwich. The children explored the library surroundings, listen to the rules and expectations and borrowed a book of their choice. We finished our session by listening to a story. 📖🤓📚
