@CarlosUDOT Interesting how the picture used for biking is a family on the side of a highway lacking proper and safe bike infrastructure.

I recently signed the largest transportation program in state history: $14.3 billion in projects from 2024-2029. This historic level of investment will help keep Utah moving for years to come. Read more about it here: tinyurl.com/3twzawxf

@bikelakecity @KUTV2News That is where it was closed. I rode up to it yesterday on the south end. I could see the trucks from there. The guy on TV entered at the north end and I doubt he could see any vehicles from there. As shown in one of KUTV's own pictures.

Still mad at @KUTV2News
I'm not intimately familiar with Clearfield but I *have* ridden this trail. Best I can tell, this is where the closure occurred.
If you look at that map and if you've ever sat on a bike, it's obvious why someone would check first and go around second

@TaylorWAnderson This is a great idea! I am going to have to do this along my routes. This could be really helpful for organizing issues to bring up to the City Councils.

In 2023 I've been trying to come up with a map of bike routes in Salt Lake City marked by the level of stress people feel when using that route.
This leans on the routes I use in daily commuting by bike.
What routes do I have wrong? What am I missing?

@RideUTA Will this missed trip impact any northbound times and if so which trip leaving Provo will be missed?
English

Gotta love the taste of a smoggy afternoon bike ride home #Utah

On my bike today I took a photo from my closest bus stop. UDOT has told me a project has funding approved for pedestrian enhancements but it won’t be finished until summer 2024 🤷♂️
Being stranded here after getting off the bus isn’t a good experience. #utah #rideuta

4: The bus connections to the train worked great! But getting home wasn’t as fun because of 30 min bus frequency and a terrible drop off location, which I’ll expand on. So biking home ended up being my solution.

Finishing up my no car January and my overall verdict is…
It’s possible.
But there are quite a few catches I’ve found #publictransit #utah #rideuta

I’ve been driving to the train and then biking to work since last February. My goal this month is to move to only use @RideUTA for my work commute and eliminate driving at all for work. Started off great today using the bus to get to the Frontrunner. #publictransit
