An urgent public health alert has been issued over the deadly meningitis outbreak in Kent that's already claimed two lives. As work resumes this morning to vaccinate 5,000 students, a case has now been confirmed at a second university in the area. That brings the number of suspected or confirmed cases to 20. But the UK's Health Security Agency says it's "a rapidly evolving situation" and it's urging health workers across the whole of England to look out for signs of the infection. @NickDixonITV reports.
