For those who don't know, SRP elections take place in the urban core of Arizona over water and power for millions. The voter base is very far left. But we just stacked up major wins for conservatives. Congrats to the entire @TPAction team!

HUGE VICTORY: Congratulations to Chris Dobson on securing a momentous election win in the most urban area of Arizona! Turning Point Action is thrilled to have endorsed Dobson for Salt River Project President!

Yes, crazy people voted for the crazy lady who wants to guillotine Trump (she still lost), what's your point?

@Ben_Larrabee @TPAction This is hilarious! You are flat out lying. Because of all the money you spent putting signs on every corner people who have never voted knew to vote and voted against your slate! For the fist time EVER the SRP board has been flipped progressive. Thanks @TPAction

@Garrett_Archer What are you talking about, swingiest districts? This is roughly the SRP districts 6 and 8 compared to 2024 results

@Ldev101 @Ben_Larrabee @TPAction if preventing a clean sweep in a deep D area of Phoenix is wasting money. I’m sorry for you that California dems couldn’t flip these seats for you

I assume Garrett is referring to SRP Districts 6 and 8, but no, they are not "swing districts," Kamala won both districts by double-digits (it was by over 30+ points in District 6) and they were far more competitive than they otherwise would have been. SRP is in Arizona's main urban core, of course its voter base leans left. Even accounting for landowners, the GOP had a registration disadvantage in both prior to the election, and we still made Democrats sink cash into defending them. The left had to waste valuable resources they need for November to defend deep-blue areas. Oh, and we still won the Presidency and Vice-Presidency, the latter with a significant spoiler on the ballot.

Two of the districts swept by the clean energy slate contain the state's swingiest legislative districts and only landowners vote. Which is weighted by acreage.

As of the latest county data, @tpaction increased precinct turnout in Mesa District 2 by 45.6% compared to average countywide precinct turnout! We had scores of full-time ballot chasers on the ground to help @taylorformesa win, and our impact is clear. Ballot Chasing Works!🇺🇸

This 2024->2025 swing map for Henrico County shows pretty clearly that ancestral Republicans were so disgusted with Jay Jones that many of them came home to vote GOP for probably the first time since 2016. Miyares did 10-20 points better than Trump in the west end of Henrico County (home to some of the richest zip codes in the entire South and once a GOP bastion). But it wasn't enough.
