Our volunteers are a valued part of everything we do at the kennels. From looking after the greyhounds to attending public events to promote our wonderful breed and help raise much needed funds. Here's Georgie cleaning the paddocks before taking the dogs for a walk in the field.

Today Rene joined the Memmot-Richardson family. We wish them all a very happy future together.

On this very wet Saturday morning, Winnie changed her name to Milly when she joined the Lewis family and their other greyhound Henry. We are sure they will all be very happy together.

The kennel team and all the greyhounds would like to send a big thank you to Christine from MART for the kind donation of food. As always, this is much appreciated.

Our dog of the day today is handsome, golden-eyed boy Miller. He is a very friendly and affectionate five year old who may be able to live with small animals. If you would like to know more about Miller, or any of our hounds, please contact us.

Here at the kennels, we have an assortment of pre-loved Greyhound Trust coats along with some none Trust coats available for a donation of £5. We also have a selection of pre-loved leather greyhound walking collar and leads, also for a donation. Collect them from the kennels.

Here's beautifully glossy 5 year old Quinn, another of our long stayers. Yes, he can be a little shy and reserved, but when he gets to know you, his happy personality really comes out, and he is a joy to be around. Call the kennels if you would like to meet him.

This week is National Volunteers Week so we would like to send out a massive thank you to all of our volunteers who so willingly give up their time to help out at the kennels and attend outside events to promote our wonderful breed. We couldn't do it without you.
