Once you force someone to be dependent on you for survival, you are morally obligated to support them. This is why abortion is wrong.

@Oscar1051128 I mean I would think to people who are intellectual that a law being in the U.S. doesn't alone make it moral hence the legality fallacy. Thus providing an example of a place where the law is different than the U.S. is a clear showcase of the fallacy. They're both laws.

@Oscar1051128 You never did. You asked me to look for a legal abortion being charged as murder which is conceptually impossible. Them when I found an abortion charged as murder you then added the "in the U.S." qualifier which is clear goal post moving.

@LyssAnthrope My view isn't crazy. Most people believe at some level biological parents are relevant and have responsibilities and rights.

@LyssAnthrope flies in the face of widely accepted legal and philosophical concepts. If we are going to ever go anywhere we'll have to find agreements and I just can't agree with your view on things like biological parenthood being irrelevant.
