Been out of Twitter for a while to prepare for one of the happiest days of my life. I'm overwhelmed with joy thinking that I've found an adventure partner like my (now) wife Montse and that we've celebrated our dream wedding surrounded by our loved ones. Life is awesome!

Love the salary transparency and the fact that it's an SEO operational role which aren't very common. Most agencies tend to expect an "all in one" so this is a really good split. @areej_abuali @__nca @richardbaxter Hey! Yeah we have an internal policy drawn up by @owiltshire24 and team. It clearly states our own red lines, processes for various scenarios and what we do when we get organic pick up in places we don't want. (a "hate-offsetting" donation scheme basically)

PLEASE stop buying The Sun (and the Daily Mail while we're at it). It would also be great if our industry collectively agreed to stop outreaching to these horrific publications. Remove them off your prospect list and screw their link authority, tons of better ones out there.
