عالِم عبقرى فذ ..... معدل الإقتباس لأبحاثه قارب ال ٤٠٠٠ بحث بنيو على أبحاثه هو فى قائمة العلماء ال ٢% الأكثر تأثيراً على مستوى العالم فارتقى بتصنيف جامعته التى يرأسها.. نشر ما يزيد على ٢٦٠ بحث وورقة علمية تخصص فى علوم الفيزياء وحصل على منصب كرسى اليونيسكو لعلوم الفيزياء نشر ٧ أبحاث فقط خلال فترة الحرب حاليًا، وربما فى أبحاث اخرى تم ارسالها ولم تنشر بعد وعند نشرها لن يكون البروفيسور سفيان تايه حاضر بيننا لأنه تم قتله وعائلته بجريمة بشعة من قبل قوات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي.
