The one thing @Topstep lawyers won’t point out… Topstep owed me $375k for December 2023 affiliate agreement that ended December 2023. I tried to get paid as the contract stated. @MichaelPatak was mad that I left Topstep and went to Apex. He blocked me from the affiliate program in Jan 2024 and then tried to not pay me the $375k After me standing up for myself MP folded and PAID me as the contract stated while also signing a non disparaging agreement between both parties. After the deal was signed MP tried to use Affiliates and social media to disparage me. The actual @Topstep account posted a reel on Instagram accusing me of not “really” trading…
