@KatrinaKibben I had the same thoughts before we moved from OK to AZ. I love the queer culture of Tucson while the rest of the state, well, not so much. Finding your pocket of the world is tough.
As I start to look at places to live, I constantly wonder if I should live somewhere I stand out and can have that impact or somewhere I can just belong as a queer person.
@HRecruit Using paylocity but we're still getting performance management off the ground. ATS is good, performance seems to be good. We have ~50 peeps, not in tech but are remote/hybrid.
Most resumes I read are just centered around their roles & responsibilities.
That's not really the way to do it.
Show the reader what you actually did there. What did you actually accomplish? Focus on that.
