The demise of @boomin_UK is interesting. Will the Bruce brothers rise Phoenix like from the ashes? Michael appears to “own” or at least have a charge over the assets so may be able to walk away with some valuable tech to start again? Purplebricks or Purplebricks 2.0? We’ll see.

Three sales wrapped up today. One property had three potential buyers vying to have their offers accepted & a level of interest that is encouraging. Valuation, instruction & viewing numbers increasing daily.
Lawyers & surveyors now involved so not counting the money!
