everyone in CCC has microcaps not on TCO they can spam them on their main page. when they want to bring a new cat into the GC they give a thesis and we give the ok or say it looks shady and to wait on listing, however buying anything is free game

You’re not allowed to spam new launches in CCC until been vetted and voted by the gc that it’s a legit coin and not a farm. it’s in the GC best interest that our main focus is TCO but we have representatives from coins like mog, hosico, lion etc that are not listed on topcats.online Without running a tight ship the GC would quickly fall into anarchy farmer mode. If uve been in enough coin gc’s you’d know what I’m talking about
